目前有版大說寫信去會解鎖，經過測試
先去官網https://support.Pokemongo.nianticlabs.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=265607
留言說GPS不穩、帳號被誤用等一些假裝自己沒用外掛的藉口後。
就會收到官方統一信件

經過google翻譯簡單的說，要還你會在通知，不然就是當作沒這帳號吧，
結論是:如果看到 failed to get game data from the server 就當作這個帳號結束了，目前沒有確定的方法會恢復！
